Picked some more fresh peppers today, these ones I am going to pop in to a curry tonight! I am actually quite surprised that the Jalapeno's are pretty hot, not overpowering but will add a nice subtle kick to tonight's curry. I also have some other fresh chilli peppers on the plate but I have no idea what they are... I am gonna say that they are Cayenne chilli peppers which I will dry out and make some nice chilli powder with.
